At Nexus CR we have decades of experience of front line community engagement, public engagement mentoring, project and service development and community organisation development and management.
We are practiced at including bottom up experience in the learning and development process ensuring that community, staff and user experience can inform policy and strategy. We have a particular interest in accessible engagement and the inclusion of marginalised groups for service growth and development.
Our Specialist Consultant for children's regulated services over 20 years experience in the social care sector within a range of roles and service user settings. They have over 10 years as a CQC, Ofsted and Care Inspectorate Wales Responsible Individual (RI) and are therefore a veteran of the regulatory inspection process across the sector. They have developed social care services across the UK from initial start up into multi million pound organizations with a strong reputation within the sector for delivering high quality, professional services.
